• Check-in :   From  13:00 ( 1pm )

If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, early arrivals will be accommodated as rooms become available.

• Check-out :    Before 11:00 ( 11am )

​

If room are still available and prior warning is given minimum the day before, it is possible to check-out later than 11:00 am at your convenience. With an extra charge of 100 bath per hour.

If no prior warning is given, each hour after 11:00 am will be charged at 200 bath per hour.

• Prepayment :

​

No prepayment is ask, the total of the reservation will have to be paid at the reception during your check in. The credit card info are only ask as warranty.

• Cancellations Policie :

​

The reservations are  Non-refundable. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

​

• Refundable damage deposit :

 

A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

• Keys & Key card :

 

Any lost of keys or Key card will be charge 500 bath.

 

• Children :

 

Children of any age are welcome.

• Cot and extra bed policies :

​

There is no capacity for cots at this property.

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

• Age restriction :

 

Being at least 18 years old is  a requirement for check-in

​

• Smoking :

 

Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. A fine of 5000 bath will be charge if the rule is broken.

 

• Pets :

 

Pets are not allowed.

• Air-Conditioning :

 

You are welcome to use the air conditioning while using the room, under no circumstances may the air conditioning be left running while you are not using the room. A charge of 500 bath per day will be charged if this rule is broken.
